Staying Motivated

Hey ya'll. Just released a new vid and I'm kinda feeling down about the response.

How do you all stay motivated when you don't do as well as you'd hoped? Personally I enjoy it so much that I wouldn't dream of giving up no matter the result. But it's still deflating when you don't reach your goals.

What is the problem with the response? You didn't get any dislikes nor did you get any negative comments. I think there was nothing wrong with the responses.
 
I was gone for a long time from Youtube and the response since I've come back hasn't been that big. I wasn't big to begin with but it's smaller. I had people I kept in contact with via social media and they always watch. You have to just make content you want and keep going. It will definitely get better. Chin up.

The algo is a 1 million line of code behemoth that likely takes hundreds of factors into account, many of which would be derivatives, such as acceleration of stats, authority in tag groups, and tiering.

You're right those are all positives lol! I just haven't had much growth in subs or views. I'm not complaining, I know there's a lot of positives. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit disappointed.
 
Like it's said above, just do your thing the best way you can and have your heart in it! <3

Don't forget to evolve and be ready to change your direction by 180 degrees all the time!
