Stay as YouTube Partner or join a network?

The cons are enough to make me stay away from this network. Don't get me wrong, I am Russian as well but the issue is that there is no community board.

Currently, I can partner with the majority of networks that accept small/medium-sized channels except for Curse.
I get 10k weekly views so you can simply do the math and calculate my monthly views.

Question is.. whom should I go with?
