Stay as YouTube Partner or join a network?

Hello. The question is pretty straightforward. Stay as YouTube partner or join a network?
One of my channels got $20 gross revenue from 2.500 monetized views. After cuts, what I get is $11.
Therefore, I earned $11 from 2.500 views and the RPM is $4.4

If I join a network, I will earn at least 30% less from the above example.
However, does it worth to give up that % simply because the channel has gaming content (not the one I mentioned in the example)?

That depends, do you wanna sign your soul to somone?
In the past few days I have spent at least 8 hours of reading contracts from various YouTube networks.

Curse network, even though it offers 90/10, for some reason has denied my application so there's not much to go with. By far, Curse has the best contract.
Next up is Fullscreen. I really don't want to be stuck with 70/30 for 2 years since Maker Studios offers the same for 1 year lock-in.
Moving right along to Machinima, it is really awful to be partnered with them for 3 years in exchange for just 60% of revenue and forced minimal channel branding and claiming (You are obliged to write that your channel is part of or owned by Machinima)
Lastly, TGN is the one that surprised me. You cannot believe that everyone falls for the 60/40 split for 1 year lock-in when you can simply open the chat window and get 70/30 for 1 year or 80/20 for 3 or so years.

Never sell yourself to money. YouTubing can be a risky business for a full time job. Just do what you love and then money does not become a problem.

I am a Web Developer and a gamer (+YouTuber). Don't worry. I enjoy doing both from the comfort of my house and get paid handsomely (for the first at least).

P.S. I get 10k-15k weekly views on my gaming channel.

Go with Quiz (80%, no lock) or Creative Nation (90% as I remember)

When you voice your opinion, I personally believe that you must justify it. What are the pros and cons?

as for quiz

props: actual revenue split; modern dashboard; free audio library; nice/fast support; fastest payment period (15-20 days); bank transfer option or paypal; no minimum payout; no lock-in agreement; the same CPM as 99% MCN has;
cons: outside of US/EU (Russia); not much of english participants (but they are exist); no community board inside their dashboard;

Unless the channel can offer something YT can't, then why bother.

They will just suck your money dry.

The cons are enough to make me stay away from this network. Don't get me wrong, I am Russian as well but the issue is that there is no community board.
