Starting a SubNetwork

I've Got It
So my contract will finally be finished with FullScreen in less then 2 months and I was thinking of starting my own SubNetwork or becoming a content aggregator. The reason for starting such a network is because my Niche is kind of unique to youtube and I have noticed not many Networks cater to it.

I only have around 17,000 subscribers and 2.7 million views but I have not been putting out content at a regular pace like I should. The reason for not putting out regular content is a story for another thread and thats not really the point of this one.

Is it possible to start a network or a CA easily and is it worth it? I know I can help channels to grow and give them the attention that a bigger network can not especially in my Niche. I already have a partner interested in starting this network with me and his stats are similar to mine. Would an MCN consider our proposal based on those numbers and do you think it is a good idea to pursue this dream?

Thats what I am worried about, I would like to help smaller channels and I am sure I can but I would like to make it worth my time.

How do you see yourself helping them?

Is it by giving tips on how to improve video's, SEO, and those sort of things? If so than you could think about setting up a website with "courses" that help them out. They could pay x amount so that it makes it worth your time.

i just dont know, i mean why would your network be better than all the other hundreds of subnetworks. the idea is there but the resources is not there and that can lead to the demise of the network. what you need is a good amount of recourse to stand out from all other networks which will then give you a fighting chance on bigger sub-networks. when i mean resources i mean something exclusive that can't be found in any sub-network like a sponsorship with real world people, sponsorship with a company, and so forth.
