Starting a Community Channel, Suggestions?

I'm starting a community channel by the name of ITG Gaming (Include the Gamers). I just started it and I'd like a few people to start if off with. Where should I find these people to work with in this long journey of getting this channel big to accept smaller channels. Also, how should we start out the channel. We are waiting for our Channel art to come in so we're using some art we borrowed from my channel art storage (Just re texted it)

When starting a community channel consider a few things:

1. Will you ever partner?
2. If so, what will be the split in monetisation?
3. Alternatively, will contributors be happy to not be paid whilst the channel owner earns?
4. Passwords. Is one person going to hold it, and have the others send videos to upload? Community channels can be tricky if uploading is difficult.

I don't know how it would work, but you could try and find a network with the same sort of community focus, and maybe see if you could become a hub channel for them. It would allow you to register all contributors as a director and be easy to transfer money to the right people.

1. Yes
2. 70/30
3. They're getting paid
4. They will have access to the channel, as I don't have personal info on it.[DOUBLEPOST=1375358326,1375358247][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'll look into that. It would work and the channel would be partnered into a network. First, I'd have to build up a subscriber base before applying as a hub channel.[DOUBLEPOST=1375361256][/DOUBLEPOST]Hmm, getting my first chain of people requesting to join.
