Pardon the all caps, just trying to get your attention. It has been confirmed that the hacks of YouTubers like iJustine and Kittiesmama has come through VidIQ. This is confirmed by the company themselves. For now, delete the extension and disable its permissions to your youtube accounts to protect yourself until a patch is in place.

They have also confirmed this on their Twitter account. They say that all actions are halted but to be safe, I have removed everything. If I want to re-use it later, I can always re-install.
