Might be posting in the wrong sub-forum, but does anyone know about a site that have good, short sound effects (1-2 seconds) and are licensed under CC-BY (or similar) terms?
I'm struggling to find a fitting sound to a transition between colors+gaming sound to black&white, still-photo with a short text on. It's only going to be there for 1-2 seconds, so it needs to be a short, not too loud, but still enough to grab attention!
Any sites that provide this?
