Sound card?

i have only an integrated sound card and the mic which came with the cam thats what i'm using to record my speech
the sound is like when you tear to pieces some paper.

Mic might be shot. Maybe try buying a cheap mic and trying it out.

i think im gona buy a zalman zm-mic1. it's not so expensive and everybody said that it has a great quality
