Sony Vegas Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro?

Ah okay thanks! Can you please give me some reasons as to why Premiere Pro is better?

I personally think it's UI is laid out better and is easier to use. Also it seems to have more varied options and seems to process files quicker than Vegas does.
