Its a trial, which sucks in my opinion, at least you can try before you buy...for 200+ dollars. My dad's friend said he would give me a older version that he no longer uses, months later he still hasn't came over -.- I'm ready to illegally download Vegas.

Yes, I'm pretty sure illegal downloads are the only way to get Sony Vegas for free right now.
But it's worth the money in my opinion.

I would love to buy it but all I have is 20 euro right now. So there is no way that I can buy it yet, I will when I have the money

THEY DO HOWEVER, put it on sale during christmas time. Drops the price significantly. to $450

If you are a college student, I would strongly recommened to see if they offer and student discounts regarding editing software.

If I had known better I could have got a stupidly good deal on Adobe video editing software. Instead I used the stupidly good deal on Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.

Hindsight is 20/20

Holy moly... You are right! Sony Vegas Pro 11 was cheaper than that... Or am I wrong?

And I thought there are also other versions than the Pro version that start at 60$ or something... At least somebody said so in a YouTube video I once saw.
