Sony Vegas 22;29

I Love YTtalk
I installed Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum Production Suite on my new computer. I have been using it on my other computer for a few years. It is store bought, not a copy.

Do you have any clues as to why it is showing ;29 in my timeline? I have exactly 30 second end-cards and this wonky time is concerning me.

Right click the tiny bar where the numbers are and chose time.
