Someone Uploaded one of my videos on a different channel?

I just found one of my videos uploaded on someone else's channel. What am I supposed to do?

Claim the video? That is what the system is there for originally.

Of course, try to contact the person first and work it out verbally.

Flag it, click on the flag icon and then on Infringes my rights and infringes my copyright.

My computer is doing this weird thing where it goes all the way to the form, but as soon as I click submit, it freezes.

That's weird, as I always say, try a new browser and see if that works. Otherwise try restart your computer.

It always does this sort of thing though. It won't let me send messages, comment, or upload on this computer. I usually do all this sort of stuff on my laptop, but it won't connect to the internet for some reason.

Somebody stole some of my thumbnails before, I just let it go. It might help my videos get more views if people click one their video and my video to see who's thumbnail it originally is. Both our videos made it on the front page of a very popular keyword search. My video is better, has more views, likes and it is obviously my thumbnail because my video was uploaded 1st and I have other videos like it with same type of thumbnail.

But if some one stole my video yeah I would definitely ask them to remove it. If they don't remove it then I would report it!
