Someone 'reacted' to my video!

I'm going outside now.
Out of all the things that can happen on YouTube I did NOT think that this would happen :D

The channel Spaz Boys Comedy asked me for permission to react to my "How to Gain Likes" sketch and of course I said yes. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but they ended up saying such nice things and encouraged their viewers to check out my channel. I went from 160 subs to 197!
I gotta say, equally amazing was getting to watch someone laugh at my stupid jokes. :laugh2:

If anyone of you is unhappy about your growth, remember that you can always get a boost from something completely unexpected! :)
 
Nice! You're doing a great job of building loyal subscribers from the start. Probably doesn't seem like a big deal now, but it will help a ton later down the road.

In my case, most of my traffic/subs have been off of new visitors. Need to work on getting people to come back, but that will come with time and also has to do a lot with the type of content I post.
 
Congrats! Can't say i'm a fan of reactions in general but they asked for permission and thats awesome that your channel gained some traction from it. :D
 
see? this proves that some reaction channels are doing things right, asking for permission! it takes hardly no time, and clearly they wanted to react to smaller channels to hopefully give them a little boost, rather than reacting to someone like pewdiepie to get themselves a ton of views
