People like that are jealous, they think they can take the easy route to get more views / subscribers by nicking other peoples videos.
I can't help you out there, sorry. I've never needed to contact them for a problem but will have a look and see what i can find to help you out.

There is something i know though. They look at the date it was uploaded first.

now i sadly cant look at the videos right now, but did he acctually download the videos off youtube and reposted them on his own channel? or did he like stole your script and just did the exact same things has in your video.

eitherway, its very low and very pathedic of him to steal your work like that.

did he say to you that he could say that you copied his content??! anyone with a little bit of mind could just look at the release date of the videos right? and then just judge who copied who (the copier will of course always post later...)
