Someone impersonating me?

Hi, so ages ago, I found a YouTube channel with all my links and stuff on, but none of my videos meaning I couldn't report him because YouTube's impersonation and abuse report feature if F**king stupid and wont let me submit without any videos of mine he's used. So I didn't know where else to go other than here. Like i said, this was ages ago, and I don't even think this guy uses the fake channel anymore, but when he did, he started posted bad comments on all of my friends videos. Unfortunately, I told my friends to delete them... This was about 7 months ago, but today, I have decided to do something about it. He is using all my old stuff though (Old Channel art, old links, Old PP etc). So what can I do guys?

As you may notice, he's used WLBSO as the link so it looks similar to my real channel, wilbso. Which pisses me off even more.
 
youtubes report system sucks so much i agree -_- i got a death threat in my personal messages and you cant report personal messages
 
haha gimme a sec ill show you it :D its this guy that stalks youtuber i p****d him off 3 months ago i dunno why he wants to start s**t again ignorance maybe :) :p(mrjoker7 im refering to)

didnt you call me a liar then you try to harass one of my subscribers i have no control over what my subs do i told you once i changed & im not using more than one account[DOUBLEPOST=1392706921,1392706553][/DOUBLEPOST]you also harass my friends for something they didnt even do its been 6 months & you & chris larios still continue to harass me
