Someone has uploaded my videos to his channel. What can I do?

I've just been alerted that a new channel has uploaded all my channels videos to his own channel. Is there something I can do to stop this or have the channel shut down?

I can see an option to report him via YouTube for impersonation, but he's not impersonating my channel (his channel has a different name), so I'm not sure if this fits.

There is definitely something wrong about this and I'm sure YouTube would agree.

Thanks.

Step 1) Contant YouTube to file a complaint
Step 2) Under each and everyone of the videos that were re-uploaded as yours, there are 3 buttons under the videos (Add to, Share, more). Click "More" and then hit report and choose " Infringes my rights ".
Step 3) Google search for "youtube legal complaint" and it should be the 4th option down.. The web address is something like youtube(dot)com(slash)reportingtool(slash)legal
and fill out that form as well.

That's the most you can do unfortunately! But YouTube usually do something within 24 hours if you do all of that^
