Send them a private message asking them to take it down.
Then, if they don't, send them another threatening legal action. By this point, they are likely to have taken it down.
 
When you say copied your video, do you mean they took your video and reuploaded it, or what?
 
First I would PM them saying that they can either 1) take down the video, 2) give you channel credit for the video and put a notice in the video saying that they don't own it 3) if all else fails, file a claim...

I've seen cases like this to where all of the above has happened... usually the false video is taken down since they usually don't want to face Youtube's copyright strikes... but sometimes they just take the strike and close the rights to the video regardless.
 
You can file a claim that it's your work under or near the video that is stolen. I had to do this before, I don't remember exactly where but its pretty easy to find. If you can't find it just contact youtube for help and be patient it can take a few days for them to look into the situation.
