Somebody gotta explain me this please

I Love YTtalk
Using music without license is not allowed and making remix of that music and uploading it to youtube also requires license and making money with that music MUST needs a license
SO
I came across a lot of people who have monetized their videos which contains remixes and some are well known(it can be expected that they somehow have the license)
But the rest of the public..what about them

And final main question:: HOW TO GET THAT LICENSE

Please be very comprehensive because it is very tough.I have done a lot of research but still unable to find some help!

are the people posting parodys or remixs you can tecnically remix a song beat as long as you dont use the exact beat and the lyrics. its like the Harlem shake video technically they are all under copyright infringement
 
I'm pretty sure remastering, derivative work and reproduction are ok as long as you indicate that its for non-profit use / entertainment only. You're asking how to obtain permission to monetize these works; I suggest check YouTube Copyright School (Google it) and also e-mail them or owners of these videos to get directly to the source, I notice sometime remastered remixes up but the ads produce revenue to the original content owner rather than the uploader. You can always shoot your questions to uploaders who succeeded in obtaining permissions, maybe some are on here. :D

say that dont post a f*****g thread to a topic like that this is a youtube forum it's legit. 3 times in a week isnt that bad 5 time's in 1 day yes. been here for a long time myself and if everyone used the search forum no new person would ever hit vip and it would be less than 1 new topic a hour

So to get VIP you have to spam repeat threads? I'll post the link to every relevant thread I want, it saves my typing.
