Some questions about streaming...

Hey everyone,
I recently noticed a handful of 45 minute+ vids on some youtube channels (mostly gaming) and found out that it was some sort of stream that they had posted.

I have a drumming channel and was wondering if it would be wise to stream some sessions of me playing. If so, where would I stream? And would it be possible to put those streams on my youtube channel?

For the second question. Just about all stream services post to youtiube if your account is linked
 
I'd you're a YouTube partner then you might have access to YouTube's livestreaming function. If you don't have access then you can try Twitch (google it). Twitch is a website, similar to YouTube where you can stream live.
 
As Blimey! Gaming said, i would go for Twitch.Tv, it's a fantastic place for streaming! but it evolves around gaming though, so unless you can do session with songs from games, i wouldn't use that place :) (you may get hate then)
 
Do it on Justin.tv if you're not doing gaming content, and I don't think anyone would want to watch a live drumming session unless you're really good, so if you think you're good enough, go ahead, but I would much rather hear music on YouTube than listening to choppy music on live stream, just my 2 cents.
 
Thanks a lot everyone! I'll give justin.tv a try and see how it goes. I'll stream when I am going to be playing random drumming sessions anyways so it won't really take any extra time!
