www.fonts.com is a great resource.. you will find all kinds of free fonts.. I like Bleeding Cowboy.

Go on dafont and use the techno catergory or another catergory you think a similar font will be in.

Well custom make it in photoshop or illustrator, If you cant do that, youll have to pay someone to do it for you.
