[SOLVED] ELGATO Game Capture HD Audio Out of Sync (Now Audacity out of Sync?)

I can totally help you out with this! I had a problem with the audio being out of sync too and the solution was actually pretty simple. If you're recording audio through the actual elgato, what I do is I first press pause so the recorder is out of the "live" mode, then I turn the microphone recording off ( that microphone button basically ) then I press the record button and THEN I turn the microphone back on. So basically wait until you start recording then turn on microphone recording. This solved my syncing problem and I hope it solves yours!
Also, if following my instructions through text is confusing ( it can be often ) you can definetly find a tutorial on YouTube on how fix it! That's how I learned to fix mine!

Ugh the video and audio not only don't sync up, but sometimes it will cut out and delay itself by a couple seconds. Then on top of that, the video is buggy as hell. idk what's wrong but I had to delete 4 hours of gameplay.
