Software for Cool Thumbnails?

You can use photoshop to make a thumbnail. Though there is no software that will make a cool thumbnail for you. Gotta do it on your own

I always use picmonkey.com. It's free and has so many templates and fonts and graphics and overlays and you can also upload your own stuff too. I tend to take 1-4 screen shots from my video or take pictures I know I want to use, and then create a collage in picmonkey.com. Then once it's laid out how I want, I click on edit and change the lighting and add texts and graphics and stuff. It's really awesome!

Yeah I knew there were some tools for it. I have photoshop and I don't mind using it but sometimes I am lazy or I am not really inspired, something like this is quite useful!
