So what's the next step?

I've Got It
Now, I've been running my channel for about a month. I know it isn't much, but I can't help getting the feeling that I'm doing something wrong, because I have yet to get a single subscriber, all my current 11 are just friends and a few inactive ones from the video I made 3 years ago.

Everyone I've asked says that my videos are more or less hilarious. Definitely with a good potential. I've even had a friend ask someone who doesn't know me, and they said the same thing.
So even if I'm going nothing wrong, what is the next step? Is it to collaborate? Better SEO? Promote? Maybe just wait a little longer? Any advice will be appreciated! :D

Collaborate and network with other subscribers! Easily the best thing you can do! Find someone who has a small channel (10-1000 subs) and ask them if they would like to collaborate somehow! :)

People don't just randomly come across your content. You have to promote your videos and employ good video SEO (Google it).

I know about SEO, and I will practice at that, but how do I promote without posting messages on other channels and pages? If I make a Facebook page or Google+, then how will I make people come across that randomly? :/

I think you may have a tough road ahead of you. I have noticed that there are a crazy amount of gaming channels out there to compete with, and a lot of them are funny as well. Breaking into a niche market that is so large like that can be really difficult, you have to have something special, something different to stick and out make it I think.

Promote on forums related to the game you play. Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, collaborations with other youtubers etc
