So what software do you guys use?

Sony Vegas is good for starters but it's always good to get a hold of Adobe After Effects.
I believe Adobe Premiere is one step below After Effects, moreless similar to Sony Vegas but better. lol.

No...After Effects is a different program entirely than Premiere. Premiere is basically pretty much a cut, and edit software, with a few bells n' whistles. After Effects is more like Photoshop for videos.

My bad. Not too familiar with it. Thought there was keyframing, plugins, and most of the basic After Effects effects.

Mainly Sony Vegas, although I have used Premiere before. After Effects I will use occasionally, depending on the video.

As big of a fan as i am of Freddie, i havent watched any of his instructional or behind the scenes videos. Also im glad somebody noticed my profile picture. it was cool that i was able to meet him at RTX last year. I was even part of a video him and The Slow Mo guys had made. You cant really see me, but i was there xD

Iirc most Premier projects can be loaded into After Effects through Bridge, so it has it's benifits. Vegas is grand if you're doing basic Vlogs or Gaming Videos.

Yea, that's amazing software you can edit your videos really easy and quickly, also to export your videos in high quality .
