So um... Sam Pepper is back....

Seems like you've already convicted him...

So now you accuse me of finding groping a funny thing. Right. If he gropes my girlfriend, I'll be the first to kick his a**. The thing is, you are mad at him because you think he groped (and raped) people. And from that you come to the conclusion that the people who like him have bad morals (to the extend that rape is the least of their concern, which is quite the accusation). While in reality, none of the things you accuse this guy of are proven. Of course the a** touching video was staged. He said so himself and I see no reason to doubt that. Who uploads a video of them committing a crime and shares it with millions of people?

Apparently he does. Yo I could bother people too and if the heat comes down on me I could turn around and make another video saying it was staged. Before all this started he obviously passed it off as an official prank video. If it was supposed to be staged and a social experiment he shoukd have said all that in the actual video or put done sort of 'this is all act. No one was harmed during the filming of this video. This is just to prove a point' kind of disclaimer.

We don't know but we also shouldn't be too quick to dismiss it either until we get a thorough investigation.[DOUBLEPOST=1414358846,1414358410][/DOUBLEPOST]None of these people have stepped forward and pressed charges. I assure if they did, they would have gotten a search warrant and so forth. Most of these people decided to just 'sweep it under the rug' and go on with the rest of their day instead of being stuck in court for the next couple of months. The bad part of this is that not doing anything is saying it's ok for them to get groped, lassooed, and handcuffed and being forced to kiss some stranger to be let go.

But those are just the videos. The real danger is this guy taking advantage of his youtube status to sucker impressionable girls to either have sex with him or flat out rape them when they refuse. They have to step up and accuse him openly. I know making videos is all the big time novelty nowadays, but they have to actually pressed charges and take the b*****d to court.

Based on his stats he is bleeding subs every day since this so it is having a negative effect on his channel.

I can't wait till he does something stupid again and gets punched/scratched across the face because "social experiment".

personally, I only enjoy prank videos that don't involve getting people to want to punch you before you say "Its a prank LOLZ" the ones that scare/confuse or just make people laugh with you are the best ones. It's clear the 'lets pinch butts' prank has such little thought behind it. literally any kid could have done that easily, and that's worrying, because we all know there will be some idiots that will copy, and not with actresses... (which I also personally believe isn't true)

thanks for sharing that, it's interesting to see, his subs are really starting to dip now.

Huh? It's not at all up to YouTube to serve justice. Do you expect them to close his channel based on some unproven accusations? Unless he violates their terms and conditions, at the moment I see no reason for YouTube to take action against him. It's up to the authorities to decide whether or not he needs to be prosecuted. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of him or anything, but these are very serious allegations that need to be investigated thoroughly before jumping to any conclusions.

As for the video that some of you refer to as sexual assault, I do believe that it was staged, thus consensual, so no sexual assault. Not that it was in good taste, but nothing illegal.

Here we go again.

Just out of curiosity guys, has YouTube ever taken down a user for something that happened outside of YouTube? I can't think of any, so I don't really imagine they would get involved with things like this.

Actuallt a couple of kids did a prank called ''the water gallon prank'' or something. They later got sued i believe and lost in court and weren't allowed to post videos for a year. But i dont think y outube was the one sueing them....
