So mad right now.

What I suggest doing is maybe disabling your microphone from recording on your OBS and run Audacity to capture your microphone, you could sync the two up by using the "Push to talk" option, then say "sync" then you can sync the two audio files up perfectly!

You can also clean the background noise from the audio as well, making it sound a lot nicer!

I once recorded like 40-50 minutes worth of a game to find out I was never recording anything. I had to start all over. So annoying lol.
Yeah, it seems completely random about when it decides to start echoing, 2 mins into a recording or 20. *slams head on desk* Or, when I put it into the video editor, sometimes it just randomly has no sound, but has sound in windows media player. I try converting it to an accepted formated, same dealio. It's like the youtube gods are telling me to give up lol.[DOUBLEPOST=1395218809,1395218732][/DOUBLEPOST]

I thought about that, it always seemed like a hassle to sync it up but it's starting to sound A LOT better than relying on OBS or fraps to not be a douche lol. I probably will do this from now on.

It's because you have your microphone being recorded twice in OBS. Once by the program's default recording settings, and once by the webcam source.

Go to Settings>Audio> and then for "Microphone/Auxillary Audio device" select "Disable"

Keep your microphone set in the webcam settings though.

Also, make sure when recording that you have "CFR" enabled in the advanced settings. Means constant frame rate. Editing programs do not like variable frame rate recordings.
