I'm the same as you man. I spend all my free time that I have on YouTube. Only 2 things to suggest is good content and promote like crazy (Try not to ambush people with your links)

However, one day you may strike gold! Friends showing friends! So I'm taking by channel in small steps 1 by 1, by setting goals!

1. Increase Content and Quality
2. Promote and Help Others
3. Get 100 Subscribers and 10,000 views

That's life in general... you are competing with 6 billion folks on earth..

My advice.. is stick with it.. try to watch your videos from a viewer perspective.. everyone thinks their videos are great.. but really it's not the case all the time... If noone was to ever like any of my videos.. i know I enjoy them.. Hell i crack up every time i re watch a video of mines..

The only advice I can give is work on your content and keep trying. Promote in the forums and anywhere else where people are like minded. That's all I did! You have a fair number of views and stuff though so you're not doing that badly.
