So do your Organize your YouTube Emails etc?

Hey guys.

Since going to uni, ive had allot of emails coming in to my Outlook/Hotmail and it got to the point of missing some very important emails due to how much i was getting .

I learnt to create a new folder and set up new rules in outlook.

So when the senders email is blah de blah........ It will send it to that folder.

I currently have 2 Folders

1. For YouTube
2. For Twitter

I find it very useful to make sure you do not miss any important emails.

Also anyone know or use a different Email system that you know how to do it?

Gmail just puts it all into a big ugly list of crap I never read.

Yeah, sometimes it's helpful. Sometimes, ehhh...it can be annoying. I will say, it does filter my main inbox pretty nicely.

As in spam? or actual useful emails, I use my two folders to be notified that i have a new sub or comment etc.

Yeah, it has a seperate spam folder, but it also seperated the inbox by Main, Promotion, Social. YouTube is in the Social tab.

If it gets too spammy, you can just opt out the emails if you wanted to. Like others have stated, I would use gmail and keep a tab of all my YouTube emails.
