So annoyed right now!

That's really annoying indeed, Facebook video pages are always annoying! Okay the Facebook pages where people make their own content is okay but pages that steal videos should be banned.
Facebook should really fix the copyright thing.

Let's hope that people will still discover the original videos and you get the views you deserve =]

Yeah, it is annoying! I wouldn't mind if they were simply sharing a link to our original video (which on facebook, would embed it on their timeline/posts anyway) as this way we'd get the viewers referred to us, as well as them possibly getting shares on the post, increasing their facebook presence! It would have been a win-win!

But the fact that they went to so much effort to pass it off as their own, including adding their own intro and outro in place of ours, is disgraceful. Never mind the fact that they removed the watermark too.

Seriously though, I will be reporting it.... I'm just replying to all the comments telling them that I'm the real channel first, so it will bring more viewers to the channel.... then I'll report it :P[DOUBLEPOST=1434716491,1434716457][/DOUBLEPOST]
Hahaha nice! Great thinking, win win for you! XD
Haha, yeah! Might as well benefit somehow from this robbery lol! :D

Pretty much the same for me, but with less comments - 130 on one of the facebook videos, and 270 on the other - Mind you, it definitely has a hell of a lot of shares and likes AND views which I can't do a thing about! I feel your pain dude with that many comments, its taking me ages to go through those 400 comments thanks to facebooks "spam filters".

I normally have an intro pre-roll, then an end outro too, as well as a watermark on the bottom of the video (our content is widescreen, meaning that it goes on the bottom black line on the letterbox view). Clearly, I need to put it over the video itself, but that will make it more intrusive on viewers.

Yeah, I don't want to watermark, and I guess i do have it a bit easier than you, in the way that art can be recognised to a person easier.
ive had one person that credited me properly, and after i contacted them, put links in the description to encourage people to go to youtube, which i appreciated,

bear in mind, these FB pages dont make money from the videos, BUT facebook do, they place ads all around the video pages and make the money from them themselves. That's why they were taken to court as well as ignoring pleas to take down videos.

It's a shame too, because if FB only collaborated with youtube to host the original videos on their site, everyone would benefit.

I've had people in the past who haven't credited me, but have been more than willing to remove the videos once I contacted them, which I also appreciated. And you're right. Why would Facebook take down a video which is helping them get page views, leading to money from ads?

The thing is, that youtube easily embeds on Facebook posts anyway, so that the video can be played on Facebook. Yeah, it doesn't autoplay like facebook videos, but the facebook videos autoplay without sound anyway! It's just a complete mess, and there needs to be a reliable Content ID system which each social network signs up to, allowing their users to submit a complaint which can be investigated and the outcome is successful.... Well, that would be in an ideal world anyway :D

I always thought if people stole your content and used it that it was a compliment. Hell I can not get people to view my content let alone steal it.

I wouldn't mind as much if he just downloaded it and reuploaded it... At least it wouldn't be stealing and passing it off as their own, plus it would give me credit for the work.

Just report the page and hope for the best :) keep letting people know its been stolen and I would say you will be fine :D
I will do, fingers crossed :D
