I've Got It
Alright so first off I want to thank this awesome community for the advice in frowing my channel over 150 subs. I've met some incredible people here and they are always willing to help out.

I've been doing gaming videos for a while, mixing it up with unboxing videos, discussing games, started a Top 5 series and even got a Shoutout series going.

The following is what I base my channel on:
  • Upload Regularly
  • Good quality (audio is good and video is HD)
  • New content (I try to keep my videos as new as possible in terms of what game I'm playing - even uploaded some content from my Bloodborne Alpha)
  • I do use proper tags, headings and thumbnails
  • I also interact on forums
Right so what I have not done yet is collaboration. My question is, am I missing anything else? My subs have been going up by one or two, and then dropping by one or two. It's been like that for a while now.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Have a look at my channel, looks at some thumbnails, the overall look of my channel and let me know. Thanks in advance. :)

It depends how serious you want to take it, potentially you are missing a fair bit on the promotion side...

Additional promotion....

Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram, Tumblr, Google+
Social Bookmarks - Reddit, Stumbleupon, Digg, Delicious, Fark, Folked, Alltop
Misc - Scoop.it, Forums, Yahoo Answers, Quora

@ShaunM Hey, thanks for the help. :) I'll have a look at it. I do promote my stuff on Twitter, Google + and Instagram though but I do not have a Facebook page or any of the other stuff.

Reddit can be a gold mine, read the thread here in the stratergy section about how to use it though before doing it.

As soon as my video was uploaded I posted it on Reddit and it sent me 500 views in the first day.
