I made a video about it explaining the new change. Signing a petition will do nothing towards getting YouTube to not change it. It's a waste of time. Why did you make a video about it then? Why wouldn't you sign it?

Oh burn!!!!!I think you posting this is a waste of time.
Haha, I didn't mean it like that xD But it's true, isn't it?Oh burn!!!!!

Wow that's some fancy talking you got there!I have benefited greatly both personally and professionally from the YouTube experience. I will trust them to continue to make changes and improvements that enhance traffic and makes our content presentable on multiple platforms.

But you complain about it in your video and in your comments on that video. So you're just wasting your own time for no reason then?I made a video about it explaining the new change. Signing a petition will do nothing towards getting YouTube to not change it. It's a waste of time.
But the homepage update hasn't helped smaller channels at all now that your subscription uploads don't go on the main home page. Now most of the time all I see on my homepage is youtube recommendations to HUGE youtube channels. I saw (and so did a bunch of people) a hit in my views the day the new homepage was rolled out to everyone. These changes are good for YouTube (by being able to control what users see on the homepage) and the top youtubers but not for everyone else.I have benefited greatly both personally and professionally from the YouTube experience.
