Shoutout Series?

What do you guys think about Shoutout Series on people's channels?

I used to have one, I think I made 4 episodes (they're still on my channel if you're curious) and I'm thinking of bringing it back.

My old format:
-Shout out 2-4 videos from Small YouTubers that I watched and enjoyed that week
-Shout out a few comments from my "main" video from that week
-Give people a prompt at the end of the video, and then shout out my favorite responses in the next episode (like a fill in the blank thing)

I'm thinking of adding:
-"Challenges" on my Facebook fan page = asking people to send me cool quotes, or draw me a picture
-Leaving annotations on my "main" videos with a keyword to leave in the comments to get a shout out (eg. Use the word bubble in your comment for a chance to be in my next shoutout video)

But yeah... do you guys enjoy Shout Out videos? They require more work than my usual chatty videos, but I want people in my "community" to understand that I love them and read their comments.

I just made a video about shoutout series the other day haha But yeah i think they can really help smaller youtubers out, and its a good way to give something back to ur subscribers

I most recently have actually used the shout-out type of video to celebrate a milestone in my YouTube channel's life I don't think I could ever do it weekly for now as there wouldn't be enough people who'd sign up ;D
