I just came across this video. In my eyes it is clearly either satire or deliberately misleading, and the comments lead me to believe that many people actually take this seriously.

If you have ever heard anything about Neil deGrasse Tyson, it is clear that this video is obviously cut to distort his statements and views to promote an alternative agenda by making it sound like they agree with them.

But should YouTube actually stop this? Should I report it? Would they actually remove the video if I did? I haven't found anything in YouTube's policies that explicitly forbid it, yet..

I'm interested in your opinion.

I'd say yes. Making a deliberately misleading videos is a no-no in my opinion.
They can be fringe or, simply put, stupid, but not actively misleading.
