Should you use intros?

I think it is a good thing if you are doing a series or if you grow to a medium sized channel because that shows the audience that you put effort to keeping your content organized and looking good :) The thing about intros though is to grab the audience's attention and usually I would keep it to no more than 5-6 seconds since you don't want to bore the audience out..

Just a standard PIP effect, with a border and drop shadow - then add the annotation once uploaded to YouTube.

Oh ok! Thank you![DOUBLEPOST=1373578685,1373578664][/DOUBLEPOST]

Alright, thank you! :)

I think Intros are great when they are short and when you change them up a lot.
For my intros I show a quick 5-10 second clip of the funniest part of the video and then it says "earlier that day" and then the video starts like normal.

Very nice! I have done that a few times but not regularly. Changing up the presentations keeps it fresh for our regular viewers.

I just like intros because it looks cool and it's sorta like putting your name on the video stating you made it or it's yours.
What I tend to do the intros that i make I either use them as intros or outros (some may not look good as one or the other)
