Should you remove old, bad videos from your channel?

I've Got It
Our first thought was no because you would want to see your progress, but then we thought about it more.

We think it would be a good idea to remove old and/or bad videos from your channel because if you keep it there potential subscribers will see it and get turned off by it. Then again, you can leave it there and after a while you can go back to it and be like, "Wow! My videos sucked back then! Glad I changed!".

Please reply with what you would do! And if you did or didn't do it, tell us why or why you did it and if helped out your channel!

Well. I kept all of my very first videos. Just to laugh at them.
But there was some videos that I made like 1 month ago and I was really not proud, so I deleted them.
 
I also tried to provide the best content as possible, but I left my old videos up so I can compare and contrast. Haha. xD
 
Sometimes subscribers themselves like seeing your change as well.

I feel like it depends a lot on what the content is.
 
I hope to never, ever make a thread like this. Thrashimation is trying hard to make it right the first time.

For your case, I'd keep it up probably. People subscribed for those too, right? You don't have much to lose by keeping them up. Also, the more videos you have, for a very long time, the better. Lastly, if you have a series or even a brand (these are the videos you do), then you'll want to keep them (these are the videos you've always done).

I thought about this myself to numerous amounts of times and i thought the same thing to keep my older bad quality videos to see how much improvement i have made and lol plus i mean my old videos are still getting traffic so im not sure if i should take them down!
 
I don't like a lot of my older stuff, but I keep most of it up. Any videos I feel aren't up to par I may just make private.
