Should you post videos in 1080p?

I recommend uploading in 720p, personally I can't see the difference when I watch video.

When you watch a video, what do you watch it in (360p, 480p, 720p, or 1080p?) I usually never see anyone with videos that can be watched in 1080p. I think 720p is enough. Some people also probably don't have a super-computer so they aren't able to watch videos in 1080p without the video buffering. I ask this question because I have the option to render my videos in 1080p, but I don't know if I should because of the reasons above, and also it takes longer to render. Tell me what you guys would do! Thanks for reading!

I watch in 1080p when my computer lets me ! I think it is much better! Deffo worth the extra time it takes to render! At least then people have the choice to watch them in 1080p! And if their connection is too slow they can click 720p!

I watch fullscreen in 1080p and smaller size windows in 720p, so thats how I record.

if i think that the viewer will watch it in fullscreen I record in 1080p unless it's Minecraft then I'll go with 720p (not that much detail anyway and most of my viewers use mobile devices.).

I try to upload my videos in 2 file formats 720p or either 1080p. Lol people look for good quality when watching a video and hd is pretty much the quality that uploaders should aim for.

Because I compress my videos in bulk overnight, I don't have to really worry that much about the timing, so I don't mind putting them up in 1080p, plus once you watch enough videos that high up, even 720 can look lesser to the viewer, so i like the options to be available.

1080p is great for when you upload gameplay were you want to show off graphics. Like when i upload battlefield 4 gameplay I always make sure it is 1080p

I personally just upload in 720p at the moment. I think more people are watching on mobile devices rather than bigger screens, so 1080p usually feels like overkill. I only make vlogs though. If I were doing game commentary or short films, I think I'd shoot for 1080p.

I have an IMac so i can only watch in 144p, Ahhhh I'm just messing with ya I shot and upload in 1080p im just used to it and I don't even watch most videos in 1080p i'm just weird like that I guess.
