Should I worry about my (first) upload day?

Really soon I will upload my first 2 videos together and and after that I want to upload my weekly video on the same day I published my first videos so my viewers know when my videos will be online. Because I haven't upload videos I can't see on which day my videos will get the most views.

However, should I even worry about my upload day? Or is it irrelevant for a new channel and should I just assume that my viewers come back if they like my content? I could also look for the day videos in the same category and upload my videos close to those?

I think worrying about something is key.. Worry always helps every situation.. I mean with out worry you would never get anxiety.. We all need that.

Weekends, Sunday to be more specific, since people usually don't work on Sundays. As for time, usually in the evening.

I forgot to mention: I did do research about when are peaks on YouTube etc. But I also saw that the peak days can vary a lot channel by channel.

I look forward to new videos in the morning on weekdays.... I normally watch Children of Poseidon getting hit in the balls to start my day off in a good way

I think it's important to pick a day and time that is always free to you every week, so you can actually upload new videos every week. no use thinking saturday afternoon is the best time to upload and then you can never actually upload because you don't have time to. I think you should just pick the time that suits you and your viewers will find the time to watch it..

Remember, you can upload at any time - the time you actually publish is more relevant to the question. It varies for everyone; we all live in different timezones, we all have very different lives, schedules and active times (especially online).

If you like routine, then do that. If you want to put them up when you're ready - do it that way. Nobody can really tell you how to approach it - it's all on you! No pressure..
