Should I upload this video?

It's considered animal abuse. From a publicity point of view, it's a talked about enough issue that your video would spread. From an animal rights activist view, I would want it spread around so maybe people can recognize and help prevent mistreatment like this.

Then I'd defiantly take it to the police. You have proof of it happening, and something needs to happen. It's animal abuse and it's very, very cruel.

I went ahead and uploaded the video to another one of my channels. I would put a link here so y'all can see what I mean but it might be against the TOS. In any event, it's online and titled "Poor dog"

I would honestly report the guy and use the video as evidence. Like I said though, by not taking immediate action it could lead to some problems down the line. But if you can get the dog away from these douche bag owners that would be a good thing. What part of Arizona are you in? Send me a private message with the link too if you don't mind.
