Should I submit a copyright infringement notice?

Basically I have 2 videos that some user from Russia I found has cut out the first 20 seconds but uploaded the rest and he is even putting ads on it.

I only found this because I know some people steal other's videos. So I deliberately searched for my own and saw if anyone has stolen it yet.

But here is the problem, I can submit a copyright infringement notice, sure. But it doesn't sound very safe to me, the form claims that my details will be provided to the uploader! Such details I fill in the form are my damn street address. As well as all the other stuff like my phone number and email address and full name.

I think that doesn't really sound safe if some Russia guy suddenly has all my details.

So what can I do? Do I just have to let him keep stealing my videos?

I mean that guy obviously doesn't play by the rules, I don't want to imagine what he would do with all my personal details which is what he apparently gets if I submit a copyright infringement notice.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately you will have to provide these details when you submit a takedown.
