Should i start a new channel??

Visit my channel and give me feedback!
I have a dilemma here, I love my channel and its doing, well, i guess but I was an idiot when i first started my channel and uploaded a video that got taken down twice, not knowing that that would give me 2 copyright sanctions. But I carried on uploading videos less than 15 minutes (not ideal for me) and not be able to add thumbnails etc was disappointing, i have a decent total video view count and over 100 subs but I dont think those sanctions will go away, what should I do?! Help.
 
Keep the channel there and see if you could redirect your users to your new channel?

I don't know how much these sanctions will affect your future performance, but if you could correct it now it is probably better than letting your channel get even bigger and regret more?
 
The strikes will go away within six months but that's a long time. If you're not too fussed about losing the views/subs then I would advise a new channel would be better.

Yeah thats the thing, on my youtube it says these sanctions will be removed when the company who copyrighted them decides to :s - I think i will set up another channel and keep my original, but i still dont really know lol

Only the first sanction can be taken down after six months. They won't go away for Bwadley since he has two.

I don't advise on starting a new account (even though I did that after getting two copyright strikes, but I had to start all over again and it was difficult)
But sometimes it's the only thing you can do if you want to get those benefits.

It will be difficult and i fully understand that, im still young in youtube sense so if i do it now it may help alot i think :D

I'm pretty glad that I made that blunder actually, I was able to reform everything and actually be a bit more serious about making videos compared to posting silly video game clips and series (even though they got a lot of views, I would rather not go back to that dark hole of YTPs, Abridged Series, and SM64 Subbing)
 
i moved to a new channel when this happend to me and now my channel is doing better then my old one so i'd say a new channel would help more
