ok so, my channel is in spanish so you might not understand it. Anyways, i make top 10 lists about topics like optical illusions, or weird cars and stuff like that, i also upload a challenge video with my gf every week. Recently I received a message from a subscriber asking me to make a Q&A video, but i don't know if it is time to make a second channel for more "personal" stuff, or if i should keep it all in one place? i have a fast growing community (about 2.5k subs a day) so i don't wanna screw up  any suggestions?

I really don't think you can 'screw up.' If you upload a couple videos here and there that are different than your usual content it's fine because people can choose to ignore or maybe watch it because it's something new. The only thing I can see as unsubscribe material is if you offend people in the video or drastically change your channel's content.

It's really up to you. In your case, I think a Q&A video/personal videos would fit because of your challenge videos with your GF, which already showcases your real life opposed to only Top 10 videos.

Most of your subscribers are probably subscribed for the Top 10 videos and not the personal videos though so they won't get as much views, but the personal videos will still add more content. I think either way is fine, but your personal videos will get a lot less views on a separate channel. I think keeping it on one channel will be better for views. If a subscriber wanted you to do a Q&A video, they probably think it's fine on your current channel.

Since a subscriber asked you, I don't think you should upload it on a second channel. Since you do challenge videos it kind of falls in line with what you already do. As long as you're not completely changing your channel up you should be fine

I'd have to agree. I would post it on the current channel instead of trying to start a whole new one for just one type of videos. You're already in the open on camera in that one, so I would just stick with it and keep posting what the subs like, then throw a Q&A in casually. The views will come on them and it broadens your viewer base to another type of videos as well. Keep up the work! 2.5k a day is pretty nice!

I agree with what @phoenixblue , @Talooka and @Solbash Gaming said :) It is in the same line as your challenges with your girlfriend. But a lot of your viewers seem to be more interested in the top 10 videos. Maybe it is important to compare how many subscribed views both types of videos get. If it is about the same it means that your subscribers are interested in both, but your top 10 videos bring in the new subscribers/viewers. If you split your channel you will lose views on your personal videos either way.
