Should I let another channel use my video in return for promotion?

I have a fairly new channel and I've been getting myself into the niche of paranormal, ufo and alien footage. My videos are originals, not reuploads. A channel that is much larger than mine (their channel link is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRvqbNvO49VqC8wVSR1V2UA and they have 23k subs compared to mine with 200 subs) wants to use my latest UFO sighting video ( link

) on their channel and will give credit to my channel and link to the original video. Do you think this could be beneficial for my channel? I do believe this video has potential to blow up within the particular community that its targeted at and I don't want to ruin my chances of this video helping my channel take off. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

My opinion is PUT YOUR WATERMARK!!! Generally, you dont get much return but think about TMZ they do it, if I was interested in what they were posting I would check them out.
