Should I leave TGN and go to Fullscreen?

I'm still debating about this. I'm debating whether I should leave TGN for Fullscreen. Currently, I'm not in any contracts with TGN and I had a Fullscreen recruiter contacting me a year ago, but I was still thinking about it and didn't respond back. My only channel has currently 10,000 subscribers and gaining a little over 250,000 views/monthly.

My channel originally had 3,000 subscribers before TGN, and in 1.5 years, I gained over 6,500 subscribers and the views slowly went from 150,000 to 250,000+ monthly, but the CPM has been under $2. I appreciate everything TGN has done before, but should I look at a new opportunity and contact with the Fullscreen recruiter who contacted me a year ago and enter a new chapter in my life?

I'm still debating about this situation, and I hope you guys can give your opinions out. And if you guys have suggestions about my channel is best suited for which partnership, I would appreciate it. Thank you. :)

Nice to see that TGN helped you with your audience.
What else has TGN to offer you?
I'm a Fullscreen Partner and we have some cool apps here such as downloadable music from audio libraries that we're allowed to use in our videos, the staff in our forums are also very helpful.
There are also some Gorilla campaigns where you can promote channels, videos and websites and get Gorilla CPM.
Also the ability to claim stolen\reuploaded videos and now we even have a music distribution tool.

There's also another thing that I actually didn't want to bring up but Fullscreen will never Friendzone you.

What do you mean by friendzone?

Hahahahah, that wasn't a serious part.
Fullscreen always posts inspiring messages on their Facebook page and it was one of their posts:

I suppose that's funny. :)

But yeah, I'm learning towards going to Fullscreen, but I need more opinions before I make my final decision since TGN has helped me with everything, and heck, my channel reached over 10,000 in over 1.5 years is because of TGN. :)

I'm not sure if Fullscreen is able to help you get more subscribers, they have some tools that could help you with your videos etc or Colossal Collabs but I think they're more focused on the bigger YouTubers, I'm not sure since I don't know being a Fullscreen Partner would be like if I had 100,000 subscribers.
I think there's a chance that they could help you since you have 10,000 subscribers but I can't guarantee that for 100%.

I'll probably need every help I can get, but have you seen other YouTubers with 10K subs and 250K views monthly? I actually want to see how others do it. :)

There are users with 1ok subs and 250K views on this website, I have no idea if any of them are Fullscreen Partners though.

The site was re-designed a few months ago and I think it's just the same for every kind of YouTuber.
Most of the known YouTubers have a completely blank profile but I think they do log in and contact the company etc
They probably have various sponsorship offers since Gorilla only shows offers if your channel is eligible for it.
There are also some big YouTubers who do log in the site and use the forums, there was even a channel that offered places in his channel box.

You may be lucky and be one of the channels that Fullscreen promotes on Twitter and Facebook but like I said before, I can't guarantee it for 100%.

Yeah, that's probably why I'm debating about it. I actually want other people's opinions and experience before I have the final say.
