I dislike Fullscreen, I mean they're honest and stuff, but they lock in long contracts with low cpm's and bad gross splits.

Yes, I agree with him. CPMs can be a lot worse, but still they aren't that great from what I've heard. rev share / Contract length lock isn are a huge issue as well.

I joined Vlog Union(sub-network of Fullscreen) and I've been on for a couple of weeks but I do like it. I've had no problems so far but that's just the sub-network.

For example I've always found it hard to keep in contact with their staff recruiters - They don't work weekends. (my network does).
They seemed willing to work with me and customize my contract (perhaps due to my channel size) however the were not willing to go very far at *all* compared to other networks.
If you have such specific examples from your own experience, THOSE are more valuable.

Doesn't matter. They can't easily tell either way and don't care even if they did determien it.
Biggest factor is views per month, and depending on who you are applying to that is what will get you denied.
