To answer your original question, Appy to RPM and see what contract they offer you. If you like it, take it. Don't like it? Grow your channel some more and then see if you get a good contract with whatever network you apply with :)

There are a lot of networks nowadays that are lowering there requirements, a lot of people don't realize that with 30 views a day, they won't make any money :P

Exactly. They think they get "extra features" in a network but really, you could obtain all those "partner features" with a Adsense account :)
 
Do some homework/research before you join a network. They offered 70/30 (Most of people partnered with RPM get that) and it's 2 years contract. I think
