Can a hacker use my channel email to hack? am I supposed to keep my channel email hidden just as the password or share it freely?

First, just don't post your password and you'll be fine. Just make sure it is a good password. Not "7654321" or such nonsense. My password has nothing related with any of the channels I use.
Second, as for whether or not to make your email address public on your About page, that's up to you BUT it is normally how advertisers will contact you as well as other YouTubers looking to collaborate with you. Not to mention another way for your fans to reach out to you.
