Should I get a Macbook?!

Just wondering if anyone has one and are they worth all that money? I would mainly be using it for editing and uploading my videos to youtube. Thanks. :D

It would be much cheaper to buy a desktop, and build it yourself, and it would be more powerful, and the battery life wouldnt be 2 hours when rendering.
 
As I said..

"Awesome for on the go" but it depends if you're just gonna sit at home with it or not.

Sitting at home: Desktop > Laptop
Out: Laptop > Desktop
 
for laptops, macbooks are better investments than window laptops.

Right now, you can get an 11 Inch Macbook air for $1029. Good deal and is fast for rendering.

I think you better can go for a desktop if you want something for home only or else it will be hard but I think you better can go for a other brand laptop. I have a very good laptop that plays battlefield 3, renders alot of videos in short time and was 600€.
