I enabled for everyone to comment on my videos but still I needed to approve couple of comments when I recieved them. I don't know how to fix this.

it's when YouTube thinks it's spam. I still get this too, it's normally when somebody shares a link to a video with me.
 
This is getting annoying, I get a comment every now and then and I always how to approve them even if someone writes "cool video" and normal comments like that.
