Shooting raw on t3i majority of the time worth it?

I want to try shooting raw on my canon t3i, but i wanted to know is shooting raw for all of my short films worth it, i know i need a lot of storage, and fast sd cards and lets say i have these and just want to shoot and render 1080p is this worth it or i should stick to jpeg?? thanks

Shooting raw is usually best for some things. Usually stuff like a minecraft map isn't as raw as a CoD zombies game its just what you think might be better in the long run. Although if I were you I would shoot things raw.

Do you mean shooting RAW photos?

They have their benefits in that you get the best possible quality from your camera, and you get much more control over how the image looks in post, but if you're taking lots of photos and not expecting to retouch them all, it might just be worth using JPG.
