Sharing views?

Hi everyone,

So I'm doing this music collaboration with a singer who has her own channel. When we're done, do we both have to upload a video separately for our own channels or is there a way we can "share" a video between the two channels? Something like featuring a video? If so, would this specific vid share it's views between both channels or just to the one that uploaded (not the one that features it)?

No you definitely can't share views lol. Best thing to do is make sure whoever's channel you upload it to makes it VERY clear where you can find it, and then have the other channel post it as a bulletin and stuff. I don't see the problem with both uploading it myself, but most people don't like to do that.

Edit: I worded that wrong, I mean that the channel that uploads it makes it very clear who the cowriter is, and where you can find his channel.
 
Oh okay! That makes sense haha. I was just curious, but I kinda figured that it wasn't possible.
